Uncle Frank has braved the untamed seas in pursuit of finding the finest catch to nourish the community. Our wild and sustainably sourced Sockeye Salmon is the prized bounty of Bristol Bay, Alaska. Known for its rich nutrition, delish flavor, and vibrant color, our fish brings people together over a delicious meal. Uncle Frank’s is an invitation to celebrate the simple pleasures of a great catch and good company, wherever you may be.
